What if I don't have bare concrete, can you still go over it with your product?

Actually more than half of our projects have had some sort of coating on them prior. Prep is very important, and whether it is paint, spray-crete, or something else you may have down, we will determine if it needs scuffed with a diamond blade, or to be completely removed. The most important aspect is determining that the surface to be covered is solid.

Are you able to fix my cracks?

There are two types of concrete: Concrete that's cracked, and concrete that's going to crack.  It is very rare to find concrete without any cracks, but with the right amount of control joints, it is possible. In short, we work with your cracks. What we do is incorporate the cracks into your pattern so that we can blend them in with your total design. After the first coat of sealer goes down, we treat the cracks and fill them before applying the grout color which ties them in with the total design.  You can look at the example photographs and see where the cracks were if you look very closely.

Is your product good for commercial applications?

Yes. We have worked with contractors to do large installations around commercial swimming pools because of our products strength, look, and durability. The materials we use are high quality, and hold up with high traffic usage.

The sealer looks glossy, is it slippery?

While anything can be slippery when wet, we take precautions to make your surface slip resistant. This is partly through texturing the material as it is troweled, and then also through a slip resistant additive that is used on the last coat of sealer.
